The Buck Hill Ski Racing Team is a performance driven program led by USSS certified coaches. The team focuses on a culture of achievement and organizational collaboration to provide best in class training, coaching and support to develop top-level athletes competing at the regional, national, and international level.
The Buck Hill Ski Racing Team inspires and empowers athletes through the creation of a positive and enthusiastic training environment while focusing on fundamentals and skill development to build the foundation for success. The Program is led by Age Group dedicated coaches who have developed nationally ranked ski racers.

Who Program Is For:
- Competitive minded athlete with the goal of advancing their skiing to the highest level possible (national, college and beyond).
- Leadership and goal-oriented athlete adding value to a Training Group of athletes.
- Training Group focused on athlete competition and supporting their peers.
- Competitive athletes moving up from the U16 group who qualified for R/C Champs and U16 Nationals.
- Athlete goals of competing at the Region, Division and National FIS level

- Qualifying for U18/SR Nationals and NTG (National Training Group) Projects
- Regular attendance is mandatory (85% attendance record minimum)

Who Program is Not For:
- Irregular attendance including dryland/on-snow training projects
- Prioritizing HS training and racing schedules over competitive and development benefits of participating in their FIS Training Group during training and racing events.
- Athletes not aspiring to achieve their highest level of competition and participate in a performance driven Training Group.

- Up to 5 days of training per week
- Supplemental training projects on steeper terrain
- Coaching support at regional and divisional USSS and championship events
- Coaching support at team schedule Region 1 races
- Coaching support at Division level races (extra $100 fee per series)
- Christmas Camp at Buck Hill

- Goal oriented athletes seeking to compete in a focused Training Group environment working with and supporting/competing with their teammates.
- Athlete goals of competing and qualifying for Division, Region and National level competitions
- Attendance 3-4 times per week advised for advancement and success within the age group
Program Includes:
- Dedicated Head and Assistant Coaches
- Fall dryland program
- Up to 5 days of training per week
- Supplemental training projects
- Coaching support at region, divisional and USSA championship events
- Coaching support at selected team scheduled out of division races
- 5 day Christmas camp
Facilities and Training Environment
- Private training hill and high-speed lift
- Training with NO lift lines
- Full support from hill management to maintain best in class snow, training facilities and program support

The U14 Program focuses on building on the skills and fundamentals of the U14 Performance Plan to elevate and prepare athletes to compete and build success at championship events both locally and national levels. Staff focus on creating a fun, positive, productive, and competitive training environment through athlete training groups.

- Athletes looking to advance through a competitive program while learning to work hard in a focused Training Group environment working with and supporting/competing with their teammates.

- Attendance 3-4 times per week advised for advancement and success within the age group

- Fall dryland program
- Up to 5 days of training per week (and selective weekends)

U10/12 USSS Program
The U10/12 Program is our introductory to USSS racing let by experienced USSS certified staff. The program teaches the fundamentals of position, balance, movement, touch and feel on snow to advance racers to the next level of competition. Staff focus on creating a fun, positive, productive training environment which advances athletes at a rapid rate.

Renegades Program
The Buck Hill Renegades Program is a transition introductory to USSS racing program for U10/12 athletes participating in the Buck Hill D Team looking for additional training opportunities to advance their racing skills. Led by Buck Hill USSS certified coaches, athletes will work on and build their skills such as stance, balance, and position on skis. Skills developed through this program prepare and build a platform for success at the next level of racing.

Additional Details:
- Weekly training with USSS coaches
- High volume of training in gates and directed free skiing

- Must be a member of the Buck Hill D-Team to register for the Renegades program
