- Beginner station-based ski lesson (10:00 AM–12:00 PM)
- Optional adaptive lessons (Thursdays & Fridays, max 8 students/day)
- “Adaptive Student Information” form due 14 days before visit

Important Details
- Buses may arrive as early as 9:15 AM
- Please allow extra time prior to 10am for instructions
- One (1) complimentary chaperone ticket per 10 paid students
- Additional chaperones: $21 each
- Season pass holders must bring their pass and are not required to purchase a package
- All students must participate in Beginner station-based lessons or complete the proper testing stations
Chaperone Requirements
- A chaperone must remain in the chalet at all times
- Chaperones must assist in:
- Keeping the chalet clean
- Helping students with rental equipment gear
- Monitoring students on appropriate terrain
Food & Beverage
- Buck Hill offers a cafeteria style
- Buck ’54 is off limited to Students
- No outside food or drink permitted in the Main Chalet or Buck ‘54
- Bringing bagged lunches? Inform Group Sales in advance to arrange space
Liability Release
- A signed Buck Hill Liability Release Form is required for every participant on snow activity
- Schools must print and distribute the form (provided PDF) on white paper and turn it in at arrival/visit
Rental Info
- Rental forms available in advance:
- Must be picked up from Buck Hill
- Can be mailed for a fee
- Parent/guardian signature required
- Unused forms must be returned
- Personal snowboards must have metal edges, full bindings, and a leash
- Helmets required for all skiers
- Ski poles not provided for student rentals
Lift Tickets
- Tickets distributed upon arrival or:
- Can be picked up from Buck Hill prior to arrival
- Can be mailed for a fee
- Unused tickets must be returned

Participants must be at least 42” tall and age 5+
Program Includes
- One (1) 2-hour tubing session
- One (1) complimentary chaperone ticket per 10 paid students
- Additional chaperones: $17 each

5-Hour Tubing
Available Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Excludes Buck Hill holidays)
Minimum: 150 participants
Participants must be at least 42” tall and age 5+
Program Includes
- One (1) 5-hour tubing session
- One (1) complimentary chaperone ticket per 10 paid students
- Additional chaperones: $45 each
Price: $45 per participant
Arrival Details
- Buses may arrive as early as 9:30 AM
- Late arrivals, there will be no extended time
Liability Release
- A signed Buck Hill Liability Release Form is required for every participant on snow activity

Lift Tickets
- Tickets distributed at the tubing hill upon arrival
- The minimum number of tickets reserved will be billed, regardless of actual usage (i.e., 70 or 150)

- Must assist at the tubing hill and help keep the chalet tidy

AFTERNOON SKI & SNOWBOARD CLUBS

Our Afternoon Ski & Snowboard Club is the perfect turnkey program for schools and group leaders looking to offer a fun, structured winter activity. Designed as two convenient 5-week sessions, you have the flexibility to choose one session or both based on your group’s schedule. Each group selects one consistent day of the week, creating a reliable routine that’s easy to plan around—just like a community education course. With no need to manage weekly date changes or individual scheduling, this streamlined format allows for smooth coordination, consistent instruction, and real skill progression for your students, all while keeping planning simple for you.
Program Offerings/Options

- 60-minute small group lesson
- One (1) free adult (18+) chaperone ticket/rental per 10 paid students
Lesson Details
- Lessons must be reserved using the provided links at least 48 hours in advance
- $12 per lesson, per student
- Maximum of 1 lesson per day
- Lesson times: 4:15–5:15 PM or 5:30–6:30 PM
- Students meet at the “SnowSports Meeting” flag near the Rental Shop
- Attendance will be taken by instructors
- Small group lessons available for both skiing and snowboarding
Purchasing Process
- Online/Guest Purchase Process
- The group coordinator will receive a custom online store link to share with participants’ parents/guardians for purchasing lift
tickets, rentals, and lessons - Each participant completes their purchase individually through the online store
- Liability waivers are completed electronically during the checkout process
- On the day of the visit, the group coordinator will pick up all tickets and rental materials from Group Sales for distribution to the
group
- The group coordinator will receive a custom online store link to share with participants’ parents/guardians for purchasing lift
- Group Purchase Process
- The Group Coordinator must provide final counts for lift tickets and rentals to Group Sales at least 48 hours prior to the visit
- Lift tickets may be picked up from Group Sales no earlier than one day before the scheduled visit
- Season pass holders must present their pass to receive a lift ticket
- The Group Coordinator is responsible for printing a Buck Hill Liability Release for each participant (on white paper) and submitting
all forms prior to receiving lift tickets and rental materials
Rental Equipment:
- Must be pre-purchased online or from Group Coordinator
- Forms available through Group Coordinator
- Rental Form info required:
- Contact info, Height / Weight, Skier Type and or Snowboarding Stance: Regular or Goofy
- Parent signature required
- Shoe size is required
Chaperone/Chalet Information
- One reserved table per group in the Hillside Room
- A designated chaperone must remain in the Chalet or Hillside Room for the duration of the group’s visit
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted
- Full-service food and beverage options are available for purchase onsite
- Tables and seating arrangements must not be moved or rearranged
- Personal items should remain in vehicles/buses or be secured in lockers
Price: $21 per participant
Session Dates
All groups must select a session (or sessions) and a consistent day of the week that will remain the same throughout the entire 4-week program. Individual date selection or changing days week-to-week is not permitted, as the program is structured similarly to a community education course with set schedules and progressive learning. Buck Hill operates in all weather conditions whenever possible; even if a school is closed, programs may still run as scheduled. Missed days due to participant absence, school closures, or scheduling conflicts are not eligible for make-up dates. Make-up days will only be offered if Buck Hill cancels due to weather or operational conditions.

GENERAL INFORMATION
- Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance
- Final participant counts are due 7 days prior to the visit, unless otherwise noted
- All sales are final; no refunds will be issued
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted
- All programs are subject to availability
- Programs are not available during Buck Hill designated holiday periods
- A signed liability waiver is required for all participants
- Minimum package requirements apply; groups will be billed for the minimum number even if actual attendance is lower
- Bus drivers will receive one complimentary lift ticket with a valid bus driver ID; however, the driver must be actively transporting and accompanying the group during the visit to qualify. Complimentary tickets are valid only for the scheduled group visit and are non-transferable.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- Weekday Field Trips: May be rescheduled with at least 36 hours’ notice, subject to availability
- Afternoon Clubs: Make-up dates are only offered if Buck Hill is closed
- General Groups: Rescheduling is only permitted if Buck Hill is closed and is subject to availability
- Weather Clarification: Buck Hill operates in most weather conditions; weather-related reschedules only apply if Buck Hill officially closes
- Group Minimums Still Apply: Rescheduled bookings must still meet original minimum requirements
- Time/Date Flexibility Disclaimer: Requested reschedule dates/times are not guaranteed and are based on availability
