Get ready for an adrenaline-packed snowboarding spectacle at the Red Bull Heavy Metal Last Chance Qualifier event taking place at Buck Hill in Burnsville, MN on Friday, January 31st, 2025! This single-day snowboard rail jam contest showcases the most world class street inspired riding. Following the success of last winter’s event at the Minnesota State Capitol Building, Red Bull Heavy Metal returns to St. Paul to transform the grounds into a snowboarding haven on Saturday, February 1st, 2025!
In a groundbreaking move, the 2025 edition of Red Bull Heavy Metal opens its competitor field to the public again at Buck Hill with the Red Bull Last Chance Qualifier event on Friday, January 31st, 2025! While the main event is scheduled for the following day Saturday, February 1st, 2025 at the St. Paul Capitol Building, the Red Bull Last Chance Qualifier at Buck Hill offers aspiring riders the opportunity to secure their spot in the contest. This marks a significant departure from the previous invite-only format for the main Red Bull Heavy Metal contest, allowing talented individuals from the public to showcase their skills and potentially join the elite lineup.
The Buck Hill Red Bull Last Chance Qualifier promises intense competition as riders vie for a coveted spot in the main event. 7:00 – 7:30 PM: Red Bull Last Chance Qualifier Rail Jam Finals
7:30 PM: Awards
Contest Fee: $20 – Does not include Lift Ticket | Registrants will receive a lift ticket discount code.
