Weekly Wheels Live Music: Your Summer Soundtrack

Live Music Buck Hill Weekly Wheels FINAL v3

Live Music Hits All the Right Notes This Summer

Summer nights in the south metro just got louder, livelier, and a whole lot more fun thanks to the Weekly Wheels Car + Bike Meets Driven by Hemmings.com—and at the center of it all? Live local music that transforms the Buck Hill parking lot into a high-octane block party every Wednesday evening.

Running from May 14th through September 10th, 2025 the Weekly Wheels Stage has become the heartbeat of the Twin Cities’ boldest midweek meet. Each week, hundreds of car and bike enthusiasts gather to show off their rides or enjoy the spectacle. But for music lovers and local families, the real draw sits just steps from the entrance: the free live music stage, surrounded by picnic tables, food, and the best seats in the house.

The Stage That Drives the Crowd

Set up at the top of the main drive, the Weekly Wheels Stage gives guests a front-row seat to both the entertainment and every single show car that rolls in. Every vehicle—classic, modified, imported, exotic—enters the lot by cruising directly past the seating area. It’s a welcome parade that mixes chrome, horsepower, and the pulse of live music all in one place.

Ample picnic-style seating offers a laid-back way to settle in, enjoy a meal, and catch every beat. With the Buck ‘54 Bar & Grill pop-up bar and food service just a few steps away, it’s the perfect place to post up early, grab your favorite drink, and let the evening unfold.

A Summer Soundtrack by Local Talent

The Weekly Wheels live music schedule showcases some of Minnesota’s most talented singer-songwriters and crowd-pleasers. From rootsy Americana and country twang to guitar-driven rock and DJ-fueled party sets, each performance brings a different beat that keeps the series fresh all summer long.
