ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

ARRIVAL: PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES EARLY! We want you to enjoy your full 90 minutes, which begins and ends as reserved!

Check in will be in our event center. The Event Center is located on the back side of our restaurant Buck ’54 Bar & Grill and above our Snowsports Center which is located to the right when you are pulling into our parking lot.

You will need to present either a mobile or printed barcoded ticket to a ticketing representative. Once the tickets are validated everyone in your group will receive a color wristband which is to be worn in an easily visible area on the front of your jacket.

TUBING HILL CONDITIONS: As they say, you can’t control the weather! And though we wish we could, things change fast here. The day’s weather will impact how fast or slow the tubing hill will run. If we close the tubing hill due to adverse weather conditions, we will contact all reservations with as much advance notice as possible. We recommend checking your email before heading to Buck Hill! If the tubing hill closes due to weather, we'll work with you to reschedule, refund or offer other alternatives.

RECOMMENDED ATTIRE: It’s recommended that guests wear insulated waterproof/ water resistant winter jackets and snow pants with appropriately layered clothing, snow boots or warm shoes, and insulated gloves. The biggest thing is warmth. Make sure you’re dressed for the weather that evening; it’s winter in Minnesota - it can get cold.

FUN ACTIVITIES HAPPENING ONSITE: A live DJ will be performing at Norther Lights Tubing each night! On Saturday, February 26th Ron Denson will be playing a live acoustic set at Buck ‘54 Bar & Grill! ***Please check out social media channels for specifics.
