SnowSport Center Policies:
General Policies:
- All Lessons are non-refundable and all sales are final
- All lessons are non-transferable and must be used within the 2024 – 2025 winter season
- Buck Hill SnowSports Center doesn’t have a waitlist for lessons availability
- Lesson available is first come first serve and we do not hold lesson spots without payment
- Requested private lesson instructors are not promised or guaranteed as Buck Hill SnowSports Center does it best to meet all guest requested accommodations
- Private lesson participant(s) can’t be added to a private lesson at a later date/time, all participant(s) must be added at time of purchase
- Buck Hill SnowSports Center doesn’t offer refunds for the following:
- Missed or Canceled Classes
- Arriving Late to the Lesson or Leaving the Lesson Early
- Weather and/ or Road Conditions
Rescheduling:
- Any SnowSports Lesson rescheduled prior to 48 hours of the lesson start time will be rescheduled for free
- Rescheduling more than one lesson date prior to 48 hours will be a $40 processing fee
- Any SnowSports Lesson rescheduled within 48 hours of the lesson start time will be charged a $40 processing fee per date change.
Non-payment of rescheduling fee constitutes a cancellation of a lesson. - Lesson no call/no shows will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund and will be charged the full lesson rate
- Any SnowSport Lesson rescheduled after 7am the day of the lesson will be charged the full lesson rate
- Buck Hill closures will constitute free rescheduling
- Buck Hill SnowSports Center will NOT accept lesson reschedules via phone
- Buck Hill SnowSports Center will only allow each lesson date to be rescheduled twice (2) for the 2024 – 2025 season.

- If your requested date is available, you will receive an email with your updated itinerary.
- If your date is not available, you will receive a phone call from a SnowSports Center representative.
- The last day to reschedule lessons for the 2024 – 2025 season is February 18, 2025, at 11:59 P.M.
- Buck Hill SnowSports Center will not accept lesson reschedules after this date/time
Lesson Check-In
- All lesson participants must check-in at the SnowSports Center prior to the lesson start time with the appropriate amount of time (see chart below).
- During busy times, there will be shuttle transportation for off-site parking. Please consider this added time for your travels to ensure you’re checking in at the right time.
- If check-in is less than the required arrival time for your lesson (listed below), your lesson will be canceled due to not having enough time to check-in. All guests will be given the following options if the check-in time is missed, along with a $40 rescheduling fee:
- Reschedule to the next available time on that same date if there is open availability
- Reschedule to a completely new time and date when there is open availability

Weather
Buck Hill SnowSports Center lessons will be canceled when temperatures are too dangerous for lift operators to be standing outside. Subject to change Customers will be notified of resort closures via email.
Buck Hill Gift Cards
Buck Hill Gift Cards can be used to purchase lessons in the SnowSports Center. To purchase lessons with a Buck Hill Gift Card please call or email the SnowSports Center, as gift cards aren’t able to be used online for purchasing lessons only.
