The Buck Hill Tent Sale is a fundraiser for the Buck Hill Ski Racing Team, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing young athletes in the sport of skiing. By participating in the sale, you're helping nurture the next generation of skiing talents.
To ensure a smooth and organized sale, all items must be registered through the My Consignment Manager (MyCM). This streamlined process guarantees efficient tracking and organization of inventory, making your shopping experience seamless and enjoyable.

Equipment Drop Off:
- Sunday, September 17th from 2:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, September 21st from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
*Individuals selling gear MUST create a MyCM profile.
Tent Sale:
- Friday, September 22nd from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. (First Tracks Early Access | $20 Onsite)
- Friday, September 22nd from 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday, September 23rd from 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday, September 24th from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Equipment Pickup (Unsold Items):
